LTX-CREDENCE Quartet is a final test system designed to leverage the latest smart technologies to deliver maximum yield, accuracy and quality from finished devices. With its integrated platform design, Quartet automates the secure configuration, testing, and release of integrated products to market. The system includes a range of universal cable test (UCT) connectors and pin adapters. This combination enables automated interconnect testing and executive-level troubleshooting with a single unified platform. The UCT connectors come in a range of sizes and configurations suitable for a variety of connector solutions. LTX-CREDENCE Quartet also features a set of automated test-scenarios, called QuickTest Pro. This feature allows users to access standard tests and scripts which can be deployed during production to instantly diagnose and troubleshoot any product-related issues. QuickTest Pro also uses auto-delivered test libraries, making sure that existing logics are not overridden by reverse engineering. The system acts as an early warning, identifying any defects or abnormalities that may occur before they reach the device. In addition to these features, Quartet provides an automatic device identification (ADI) feature. ADI is an intelligent tool which allows users to determine the characterizations of a device with improved accuracy. This reduces the time for troubleshooting, thereby improving device performance and product quality. Moreover, LTX-CREDENCE Quartet provides a high-performance analyst platform which is integrated with algorithmic and mathematical model testing. This allows the test and optimization of high-performance devices, while production data is securely maintained. Finally, Quartet is a comprehensive platform that enables advanced test planning and continuous monitoring throughout the production. With its real-time data, decision-making is streamlined and cost and time-savings are maximized. The extensive tracking information can also be used to analyze and evaluate the process performance over time, allowing quick and efficient responses to changing needs.
