TERADYNE UltraFlex HD is a high-performance Final Test Equipment designed for production testing of complex, high-speed electronic circuitry. In addition to high-density testing of up to 1,500 pins on ATE boards, TERADYNE ULTRAFLEX-HD also provides fast go/no-go testing. ULTRA FLEX HD utilizes a proprietary, integrated digital controller with advanced algorithms to provide efficient test program execution, resulting in shorter test times and minimal test coverage gaps. This proprietary controller is connected to configured digital memory modules that provide massive amounts of storage for test programs, data logs, and system configurations. TERADYNE ULTRA FLEX HD also features parallel data handling technology that enables multiple groups of testers to concurrently share the same resources, further increasing unit throughput and test speed. In addition, ULTRAFLEX-HD is a modular machine that is easily expandable, allowing for quick scaling of test channels to meet exacting customer requirements. UltraFlex HD's powerful, state-of-the-art test technology is also designed to be highly reliable and resilient. The tool's core components are constructed to meet the strictest industry standards, such as MIL-STD-1553, MIL-STD-1760, and EUTOPS. In addition, UltraFlex's architecture provides several levels of asset redundancy and failure recovery, all while featuring the highest available levels of throughput and test speed. Furthermore, TERADYNE UltraFlex HD's test strategies are designed for flexibility and scalability. This allows the model to easily accommodate a variety of boards and ICs, including new and innovative package types. Also, the equipment supports fast test system customization for testing circuit boards with circuit design modifications.
