The machine utilizes a flexible architecture with integrated SCPI scripting, cell-based programming, and user-defined custom test configurations for programmatic control of test parameters, enabling the tool to support multi-level test flows with complex combinations of tests and diagnostics. To increase throughput, TERADYNE ULTRA FLEX SC features programmable board-level pin groups and software-controlled input/output multiplexers.
