TERADYNE UltraFlex is an advanced testing equipment for delivering automated test and diagnostics for an array of electronics products. This is a final test system used in consumer electronics and device manufacturing processes to ensure product quality, performance and function. This interaction allows for multiple parameters to be tested simultaneously, reducing errors and significantly increasing test coverage. Additionally, ULTRA FLEX offers embedded asset identification and tray mapping to ensure test results are formatted and analyzed correctly. To complement the installed systems, TERADYNE offers a Full-Suite service package which includes consultative engineering, installation and commissioning, applications support and training, electronic design automation (EDA) tools, customer-specific device handlers and, ongoing customer support and upgrades.
