MT 8503 handler is a modular system that allows custom configuration of the test station to meet user requirements. It includes upper and lower transfer structures, a handling mechanism, one or two device trays, and manual / automatic handler access options. The manual option can be used with up to two trays, while the automatic option allows for up to 20 trays. Each tray can accommodate up to 240 devices and the trays are designed to be highly flexible, allowing various test device orientations, as well as side-up or side-down placement. MULTITEST MT 8503 handler is equipped with a network interface port for connection to an Ethernet network and integration into a test system. It also offers both local PC-based control and test system control capability, allowing for the usage of remote test systems. The handler is also prepared for extensive callback capability for increased test flexibility. MT 8503 handler is designed for use in temperature controlled rooms and has an operating temperature range of 10°C - 30°C. It is constructed with durable aluminum alloy material with stainless steel transfer bases for increased durability and reliability. The device can handle weight up to 35 kg, and can be set to accommodate a wide range of board sizes.
