FLUID ENERGY Aljet is an advanced ion milling equipment that is designed to create high aspect ratio features in a range of materials. This system is used for semiconductor, MEMS, optoelectronics and hard material machining applications, among others. Aljet unit's design allows for high accuracy and precision machining without the need for wet processing operations. The key components of FLUID ENERGY Aljet machine include a gas distributor, sample positioner, nozzle assembly, source, and controller. Aljet tool operates by using a mixture of high energy inert or reactive gases directed through an array of nozzles.
