APPLIED BIOSYSTEMS ABI Prism 3100 is a high-performance, cost-effective DNA sequencer designed for molecular biology laboratories. It includes a 4 color imaging system and a sensitive CCD detector that can read all four bases on a sequencing gel at the same time.
