PICKERING PCX 5102 is a 2U rack-mountable switch matrix controller that supports up to 8×8 signal switching. PCX 5102 Matrix Controller is an advanced crosspoint switch matrix, offering fixed or variable attenuation and user selectable signal routing. It provides eight inputs for connection to a variety of laboratory instruments and eight outputs for signal routing. Additionally, each of the eight inputs can be independently configured for either direct signal routing to any output, or variable attenuation with user-selectable signal levels. The modern design of PICKERING PCX 5102 Matrix Controller allows versatile signal routing and routing options. It features a signal path-simplifying, 9-slot matrix design that eliminates the need for external switching relays. It is also equipped with a manual 3-position knob that provides manual selectability of Signal Line/Loop/Alt routing. PCX 5102 Matrix Controller also has a unique Cascade Mode which allows multiple inputs and/or outputs to be routed simultaneously to multiple outputs. PICKERING PCX 5102 Matrix Controller has two integrated RF 2.4GHz transceivers for easy bi-directional communication with the controller for testing applications. These transceivers allow for the use of remote or computer-controlled testing. PCX 5102 also has a low-noise, balanced A/D converter for accurate and consistent signal measurements, as well as a DVM (Digital Volt Meter) for precise voltage/signal level readings. PICKERING PCX 5102 Matrix Controller also has embedded protections, such as instant overload disconnection and fault reporting, which help to ensure the safety of test signals. This controller is an ideal switch matrix controller for laboratory testing applications and is designed to operate over a wide temperature range.
