ESI 4300 is a compact, air-cooled, computer-controlled, continuous wave (CW) carbon dioxide (CO2) laser delivering an output power of over 2000 Watts and featuring a very small beam divergence. It is the ideal choice for industrial applications requiring high power, long hours of operation and minimal downtime. 4300 is triggered by a pulse power supply, providing a short and stable output pulse. It features an advanced pulse-shaping algorithm which allows for optimisation of the output power as well as regulation of the power stability over 1 second. The laser outputs a beam of infrared light with a wavelength of 10.59 um which is quickly absorbed by organic materials and other non-metals. It has an average power of 2000 Watts with a peak power of 10 kW and a spot size adjustable from 0.5 mm to 10 mm in diameter. The beam properties are optimized by an automated beam-shaping algorithm. ESI 4300 operator averages into two categories. The laser parameters can be configured through the embedded control software. Users can adjust the laser's parameters including the pulse duration, power, pulse rise and fall time, rise and fall, and repetition rate. Users may also program and store up to 400 functions. 4300 is also equipped with an intelligent thermal cleaning equipment. This system prevents clogging and thermal overload and allows for long hours of operation, even under continuous-wave laser output conditions. In addition to its high power, ESI 4300 also features an advanced laser cavity design that allows for long-term stability and excellent power stability over long periods of time. This stability is assured by an advanced environment monitoring unit. The machine monitors the temperature, humidity, atmosphere pressure and other parameters in the immediate vicinity of the laser. 4300 is also equipped with an automatic gas supply tool and safety interlock features. The safety features work to protect the laser from damage and to prevent improper operation of the laser. This asset is capable of delivering a constantly-monitored controlled atmosphere of the inert gas supply. ESI 4300 is an excellent choice for industrial applications demanding high power, long hours of operation, high stability, and minimal downtime. Its solid construction, superior laser head design, and advanced control subsystem make it a reliable and efficient tool for manufacturers.
