ESI 9835 HDE is a high-performance industrial laser, designed for multiple applications from welding and cutting to heat treating and surface hardening. Its laser source provides maximum power of up to 1000 Watts, with pulse repetition rates from 1-100Hz and pulse durations from 0.1-20ms. The9735 HDE is capable of simultaneous operation on two axialscan movement modes, enabling enhanced processing and flexibility for cutting configurations. The laser is powered by an adjustable DC power supply with a control range of 0-1000 VDC and a 200W peak power output. ESI laser employs a combined motion control system consisting of a digital signal processor and servo drive, combined with a highly accurate, low recoil, dynamically balanced galvo-scanner-motor. The controller offers both real-time diagnostics and feedback features to optimize cutting performance. ESI laser is also capable of challenging straight line cutting, as well as high-precision circular/curve cutting when combined with a dynamic trajectory controller. The laser is enclosed in a robust mechanical structure, designed to withstand high thermal and mechanical stresses, and long-term cycling operations. It is well equipped with multiple safety and monitoring features, designed to protect personnel and machine integrity. It is equipped with an integrated water-cooling system to ensure maximum heat dissipation. ESI laser is designed for high-precision, high-speed processing of metals and other materials. Its laser source is very efficient in cutting material ranging from thin sheet metal to thick steel plate. The laser emits a wavelength associated with the material being cut, enabling an optimal combination of cut speed, cut quality, and minimal heat distortion. The laser is also highly recommended for processes such as rapid prototyping, computer numerical control (CNC) machining, and laser marking.
