IPG PHOTONICS YLS-12000 C is a pulsed Ytterbium-doped solid-state laser equipment designed for a wide variety of industrial applications. This laser is capable of producing nanosecond pulse widths and energy levels up to 12,000 μJ in a single mode of operation. It features high wall-plug efficiency and excellent beam quality as well as a high peak power and a large repetition rate range. YLS-12000 C also offers several user friendly features such as a color touch screen LED backlit panel, pulse mode selection, adjustable pulse duration, real-time energy feedback, monitoring of pulse intensity, and a cycle counter. IPG PHOTONICS YLS-12000 C laser system utilizes an air-cooled Yb-doped diode-pumped active-medium. The active medium is capable of generating a monolithic beam for material processing and other related applications. It is equipped with an acousto-optical modulator (AOM) for pulse duration and frequency selection. The built-in AOM delivers responsive tuning and also stability when working with high power. YLS-12000 C laser is equipped with a fast frequency converter that enables the selection of different modes of pulse duration, ranging from nanoseconds to microseconds. This feature makes it suitable for applications that require high accuracy and variability in material processing. It also features a low repetition rate capability that enables users to join fine structures or shape highly reflective components and materials. IPG PHOTONICS YLS-12000 C utilizes a lean and compact design. Its components, such as the resonator, the diode pump module and the compact laser head, have a small footprint and don't require any additional room for setup. All components are also designed for easy access for maintenance. YLS-12000 C's laser unit is equipped with a number of optional components, such as an integrated scanner for beam alignment, a laser beam monitor for watchful operation, a safety interlock for added protection, and a cooling machine to remove excess heat. and a vent. It is also supplied with a wide range of accessories, including optics, mirrors, and cables. IPG PHOTONICS YLS-12000 C fits in a variety of industrial processing applications and provides excellent performance and reliable operation. Its features, such as higher peak power and available pulse duration selection, make the laser ideal for various applications including material structuring, scribing, cutting, and welding.
