LAMBDA PHYSIK LPX 240i is a diode-pumped, single-frequency, solid-state laser. This instrument delivers excellent performance in both low- and high-power applications and is particularly suited for applications requiring long coherence lengths, such as interferometry or spectroscopy. The laser generates a highly stable, multiline output which can be tuned across the UV and visible regions of the spectrum, allowing it to be used in a wide variety of applications. The laser cavity is mounted on a high-performance two-axis positioning system, allowing precise angular adjustment for optimizing output power. The cavity is made of air-cooled aluminum, and optical components are laser grade with 24/10 scratch/dig for high transmission and good damage resistance.
