TRUMPF TruLaser 3040 is a high-performance, fully automated laser cutting machine designed for maximum accuracy and production efficiency. Equipped with a 4.4 kW laser, this machine can cut a wide range of materials including plastics, mild steels, and stainless steel. The integrated TruFlow fast-axes equipment allows for quick and precise acceleration and positioning of the cutting head. The TruFlow digital drive system delivers greater speed and control for increased production and accuracy. TruLaser 3040 also features flexible automation capabilities and a six-cassette material changer for increased production and efficiency. In addition to the regular laser cutting applications, TRUMPF TruLaser 3040 is capable of performing welding and drilling operations. It features a SwingPilot 3D welding scanner that allows for 3D welding of complex components. Laser Beam welding (LBW) and laser induction welding (LIW) capabilities are available. These welding processes provide optimal weld seam quality and strength. The machine also features a 5-axis scanning technology for high-precision marking and engraving on a variety of materials. With a maximum speed of 40m/min on the X and Y axes and 200m/min on the Z axis, this machine can achieve very high cutting speeds. TruLaser 3040 is an energy-efficient machine. It features an integrated power management unit that can reduce energy consumption and maximize productivity. Its servo drive machine and 6 kW hybride power allows for minimal material burrs and reduced power consumption. Additionally, it has an integrated extraction tool and dust removal features to improve the overall safety and environment of the work area. TRUMPF TruLaser 3040 features a large sheet loading asset for maximum versatility and improved efficiency. It utilizes an intelligent TruTops software that allows for precise programmable laser cutting. It is equipped with a tinted lens with auto focus for improved visibility and increased accuracy. The integration of the TruControl CO2 control model further increases accuracy and overcomes contouring problems. TruLaser 3040 also features an intuitive operator panel for ease of use and efficient operation as well as a modular design for easy access and maintenance.
