CINCINNATI MILACRON Avenger 250T is a Heavy Duty CNC Turning Machine designed for production turning applications. This machine tool is composed of a heavy duty base, designed and built to withstand machining loads up to 250 tons. Its frame is composed of Meehanite cast iron and has steel-weldment construction designed for superior rigidity over extended periods of time. This machine tool is equipped with a spindle equipment that has both high power and high torque, providing the flexibility to perform many different machining processes such as turning, milling, drilling and reaming. The tool holders are resiliently mounted antivibration type featuring 20 positions for steady tool access. A high speed center with a large diameter of 4" allows for up to 32mm tools to be used. A slanted bed design with a low center of gravity provides a comperative advantage with regards to higher borring speeds and larger tooling. It has an impressive axes travels of 34.25"/Z, 11.81"/X and +/3.15"/Y. Accurately monitoring the machine is accomplished with an extensive range of versatile instruments, including a numeric control with CNC 88000GT programming capabilities. This model has 3 live tooling turrets, each one equipped with 2 horizontal and 1 vertical axis in each turret for up to 12 tooling dimensions. The FANUC 0i-MD control has a 15" touchscreen panel and an interactive graphic memory and library system for improved intuitive programming.
