DEA Beta 2304 is a computer numerical control (CNC) machine tool with a flexible and monolithic frame designed for precision machining operations. It is a battery-powered tool up to 30 Kg that offers high levels of rigidity and repeatability. The machine is equipped with a 30 HP spindle motor and has an automatic tool changer with up to sixteen tools. It is capable of a milling speed of 4500 RPM and a feed rate of up to 500 mm/min. The powerful 10.4" touch LCD monitor and its intuitive graphical user interface provide a quick setup and a range of advanced features. The rigid monolithic frame of Beta 2304 offers a high degree of accuracy and repeatability. The frame is constructed using high-grade aluminum alloy which is designed to provide maximum rigidity and protection from vibration and thermal expansion. The machine features high precision zero point system with repeatability accuracy of up to ± 0.02 mm. The spindle motor of the machine is driven by a brushless direct motor and is capable of generating torque up to 65 Nm. The spindle motor also has an option of a high-speed mechanical gearbox which offers a milling speed of up to 4500 RPM. The automatic tool changing system is capable of changing up to sixteen different tool types without breaking the sequence of machining operations. The 10.4" touch LCD monitor provides the operator with a user-friendly graphical interface designed for simple and efficient machine programming. It also offers advanced features such as variable speed control, feed rate control, and acceleration/deceleration speed control. In addition, the machine has motorized stylus probe that can be used for electronic measurement, edge-finding and scanning. DEA Beta 2304 is ideal for the machining of small-scale and medium-scale components in steel, aluminium alloys, and other metals. It is equipped with a range of safety features including a safety door to protect from accidental contact, dust and aluminum chips, a safety relay circuit to prevent undesired machinery activation, and an integrated RS485 interface for data logging.
