RAM PAC HPH-101 is a powerful and versatile machine tool designed for high precision machining of a wide variety of materials. This machine is constructed mostly from cast iron, giving it superior weight and rigidity to other machines in its class. The main spindle has a double headstock design, incorporating precise gear train and motor links, ensuring a smooth operation with a high degree of accuracy. It is powered by a 15 HP motor and operates at a maximum of 5,800 RPM. HPH-101 features a large, box-style work table with a T-slot along each of its sides. This allows the material to be securely positioned and machined with maximum precision. It also has a large 24" by 36" cross feed travel which allows a variety of parts and components to be machined. It is equipped with three axes, an X, Y and Z axis, which ensures the machine has a large range of motion and can be used for a variety of machining operations. RAM PAC HPH-101 is equipped with a digital readout on the X, Y and Z axes, allowing for precise measurements while machining. It also features a stop for the X and Y axis, allowing a large range of operations to be performed. The machine comes with a control panel with switches and knobs for manual operations. HPH-101 is controlled via a PLC or CNC system, allowing for automated, as well as manual operations. Additional features include: a vario-torque head, for tapping and threading; a manual or electronic hand wheel, allowing for single-axis manual operations; and support for possible retrofitting of a spindle-orientation device. RAM PAC HPH-101 can be used for a variety of machining operations, such as boring, drilling, reaming, and milling. It is capable of high-precision operations, such as fine finish machining of small components and parts. The machine is well suited for high-accuracy machining and is suitable for use by experienced and non-experienced machinists.
