SCHMID 3300 WPH is a full-featured and powerful machine tool designed for complex metal working tasks. This machine is perfect for precision machining tasks such as turning, cutting, and grinding of metals and alloys. 3300 WPH utilizes highly developed CNC technology to deliver the highest precision and accuracy requirements. The machine is easy to program with a simple graphical user interface and control equipment. Additionally, the machine's advanced feed and spindle control system increases productivity and decreases cycle time. SCHMID 3300 WPH CNC machine is powered by an industrial grade capacitor sealing motor. This heavy duty motor is capable of producing a maximum power of 12.5 kW and a peak torque of up to 270 Nm. The motor is also equipped with a direct drive unit and a patented encoder machine to maintain constant speed when increased power is needed. The motor is connected to a gearless drivetrain by a sturdy and reliable housing tool, providing greater rigidity and greater tooling accuracy during operation. The machine is heavily engineered for 16 axes of fully simultaneous control and two digital inputs for controlling peripheral equipment. The machine is designed for a wide range of cutting operations with a maximum working envelope of 600 millimetres in X, Y, and Z axis. Additionally, the machine tool is equipped with a robust cross-slide asset to allow for a higher number of simultaneous 2-axis machining operations. 3300 WPH also boasts a powerful enclosure model manufcatured from grade A sheet metals.
