STAMA MC-534 is an advanced, vertical, CNC machining centre designed for the fast and precise production of complex components. It features a heavy-duty portal frame construction with a multi-axis machining centre, power drive on all linear axes, an innovative Andron AC-II CNC control system for optimum efficiency and full integration into an automated production line, and a swivel head for multiple machining functions in a single setup. MC-534 is capable of travelling up to 740mm in the X-axis, 775mm in the Y-axis, and 620mm in the Z-axis. All linear axes are driven by class 7 precision ballscrews and employ the latest AC servo motor technology for the highest levels of positional accuracy and repeatability. STAMA MC-534 utilises a 32-tool arm-type tool changer to ensure that tool changes can be conducted quickly and efficiently. With its integrated ATC, MC-534 can use tools up to a maximum of 250mm in the cutting area, dependent upon tool chosen. This arm-type tool changer is capable of high-speed tool changes providing maximum productivity. The unit is fitted with Andron's innovative AC-II CNC control system, which features a powerful Pentium processor and a range of exemplary functions and features to make machining even easier, including powerful digital read-outs and an interactive graphical user interface. This helps to ensure that machine set-up and operation can be conducted with ease. STAMA MC-534 also offers an optional swivel head, allowing various machining operations to be conducted in a single setup.
