STANKO / 3TC 2H636 is a horizontal tool room milling machine manufactured by Russian machinery maker 3TC. It is designed for precision machining operations in the tool room environment. The machine has an overall height of 1,820 mm, a width of 1,255 mm, and length of 2,350 mm. Its working table has dimensions of 500x1,200 mm. The maximum distance between spindle nose and tabletop is 530 mm. 3TC 2H636 is equipped with a spindle head that can be swiveled at right angles up to 45 degrees in both directions. It can take tools with an ISO 40 spindle taper and speeds ranging up to 2,500 rpm. The spindle can feed at a maximum of 2,250 mm/min. In addition, the spindle drive is fitted with two speeds, a high-speed ratio of 16.75:1 and a low-speed ratio of 6.75:1. Moreover, the machine includes a three-step gearbox to further enhance the ability to achieve fine cutting. The machine features two feed axes, perpendicular to each other, which can move independently. The table travel in the longitudinal direction is 1,000 mm and can move at feed rates from 0.5 to 4 m/min. The cross feed is 250 mm and has a feed rate of 0.2 to 2 m/min. The rapid traverse rate out of both axes can reach 1,375 mm/min. STANKO 2H636 is also fitted with a digital three-axis DRO display. The machine is capable of cutting a wide range of materials, including various metals, alloys, plastics, and aluminum. The tool-holding fixture can hold up to 8 tools and is fitted with clamping hydraulics, which adds dynamic support during heavy-duty cutting operations. 2H636 is encased in a soundproof cabin to reduce ambient noise pollution. It offers a range of safety functions that include overload and jam protection mechanisms. To provide enhanced rigidity and durability, the cabinet is constructed from cast-iron. The machine also utilizes automated oil circulating lube systems which require minimal user maintenance. In conclusion, STANKO / 3TC 2H636 is a robust and reliable professional-grade tool room milling machine that produces accurate results in a variety of materials. It is built to provide precision and superior performance alongside enhanced safety and environmental standards.
