DNK MA-4200 is an automated Mask Aligner designed for working with wafers up to 200mm. It features a Mask Positioner (MP) and an Alignment Microscope (AM) which can be used for precise alignment of various device structures on a wafer. Mask Aligners are commonly used in the microelectronics industry for photolithography processes. The Mask Positioner (MP) has an X-Y positioning system that moves the mask frame over the wafer.
