It is equipped with a 3-axis stage capable of high-speed movement and utilizes a stepper motor-driven lens unit for accurate and repeatable alignment. This alignment machine incorporates a digital camera, display and control station with a five-position alignment head. The digital camera allow users to view an image of the substrate or mask before the exposure and perform an alignment comparison.
