INFINITY CFM is an advanced fluorescence microscope equipment designed to provide high resolution imaging and visualization of fluorescently labeled specimens. The system is based on Nikon N CFM optics and includes the N Plan Apochromat 60x Oil objective and CFI Apochromat 100x Oil Add-on objective, which provides high numerical apertures and resolutions at both 10x and 60x magnification. It is designed to be used with both confocal and super-resolution imaging. INFINITY CFM imaging unit is based on an inverted optical rail platform design which features a piezo-driven stage for rapid scanning and an objective lens turret for easy switching between the 10x and 60x magnifications. It features an intuitive computer interface for controlling the microscope, with dedicated imaging software for controlling the camera, laser and objective lens positions. In terms of illumination, CFM machine utilizes both brightfield and fluorescence illumination, with three adjustable diascopic LED lampheads to provide brightfield contrast and up to 6 excitation lasers for fluorescence. The tool also comes with a dedicated laser controller and fluorescence illuminator, as well as a range of filter cubes for controlling the spectral output of the light source. For image capture and image processing, INFINITY CFM asset includes a 16MP camera with 4.8x binning, as well as an oscillating shutter to eliminate undesired fluorescence. The model also includes the Nikon NIS-Elements imaging software suite, which provides powerful image capture, quantitative analysis and visualization tools. Overall, the Nikon N CFM microscope is an ideal choice for users seeking a powerful imaging equipment for researching toxicology, cell biology and other dynamic living samples. It offers both brightfield and fluorescence imaging, with exceptional resolution of even small structures, and a suite of dedicated imaging and data analysis tools. The system is easily upgradable, and capable of handling a range of imaging experiments with minimal user input.
