OLYMPUS BH2-MJLT is a high-performance, modular compound microscope designed for a wide range of applications. It is suitable for both educational and research laboratories where brightfield, phase contrast, epi-fluorescence and high-resolution, long-term observation are required. It is able to provide excellent resolution and contrast while reducing interference from sample background noise, making this an ideal microscope for high performance imaging. BH2-MJLT utilizes Infinity Optical System, a highly sophisticated optical system with improved path-length accuracy, eliminating any aberrations in the image path. The Infinity Optical System also diminishes any chromatic aberration, providing crisp images and accurate color rendition. Additionally, OLYMPUS BH2-MJLT features a newly designed Fluorescence Observation Unit that offes complete epi-geometric performance. This allows for dyes with an excitation range from UV to Deep Red to be imaged without any need to adjust the tranmsission or intenstiy ratios. The minimum working distance of 36mm ensures excellent object field of view. BH2-MJLT can be outfitted with a wide range of accessories such as white LED lighting, a multi-function rotatable nosepiece, a triple beam splitter, a HeNe Laser Spot Illuminator, a high-magnification Turret Ocular, ProGetherail and Super Plan Objectives, wide field eyepieces, and an automated stage. The automated stage assists in image acquisition, allowing users to quickly navigate around the sample area to acquire images at different stages of magnification. OLYMPUS BH2-MJLT is designed to be energy-eficient and eco-friendly, reducing both maintenance and operational costs.
