SONIX AutoWafer is a state-of-the-art, automated, digital microscope specifically designed for research, inspection and quality control applications in the semi-conductor, solar cell and microelectronics industries. It provides rapid, accurate, non-destructive visualization of devices and the associated materials down to 0.1µm resolution. AutoWafer is a single-column compound digital microscope featuring an integrated optics and electronics configuration that offers high numerical aperture (NA) optical performance and advanced digital imaging capabilities.
