ZEISS Axioplan is an upright photomicroscope that offers high performance optics for a wide range of imaging applications. With powerful imaging and analysis capabilities, this microscope is suitable for capturing detailed images of a variety of biological samples. The microscope has a modular design with a wide range of interchangeable components for added flexibility. The precision optical system of Axioplan won awards for its high resolution, contrast and brilliance. It has an infinity corrected optics system and specially designed condenser and objectives, offering an outstanding level of resolution across the entire field of view. The microscope also offers plenty of lighting options, including several fluorescence filter cubes, Halogen and Light Emitting Diode (LED) secondary condenser systems and the Universal ELWD (Extended Depth of Focus). ZEISS Axioplan can be fully automated, with motorized control of most of the microscope components. This includes the advanced motorized objective turret, which provides for rapid objective changes. The automated stage can be programmed for uniform and continuous movement over a range of 20x20 mm, allowing the user to capture images from samples of varying sizes. Axioplan comes with an integrated software package that enables users to control most of the microscope's functions. This includes a color camera that can capture simultaneous images in a four-channel configuration, offering users the ability to simultaneously acquire fluorescence, phase, brightfield and darkfield images. Furthermore, the software also allows for image acquisition and archiving, as well as the enhanced visualization and analysis of data. ZEISS Axioplan also features a variety of additional components to choose from. These include motorized polarizing and Ergonomic accessories (such as a headrest and eyeglass attachment). Furthermore, there is a wide range of objectives and objectives lenses, which can be combined with Axioplan's modular design to provide users with an optimized imaging system. ZEISS Axioplan microscope is an excellent choice for imaging a wide range of biological samples, as it offers superb image quality with automated operation. This combination of high performance optics and automated control provides meticulous, detail-oriented imaging.
