It is equipped with a load-lock chamber for fast charging of wafers without exposing them to contaminants in the atmosphere. The chamber also includes an in-situ plasma cleaning machine in order to ensure clean processing. Triton IV's heating tool features adjustable temperature ranges and fast thermal cycling times. It is designed with high uniformity and precise temperature control, which allows for a wide variety of wafer processes.
