AS ONE OF-607 is an industrial oven/furnace designed for high temperature heat treating operations. The oven features a large volume of chamber space and is ideal for the thermal processing of a wide range of materials. OF-607 has digitally-controlled forced exhaust, programmable temperature control, a gas forge burner, and a manual swing out reversable door. AS ONE OF-607 is capable of reaching up to temperatures of 2,200°F, with a maximum thermal uniformity of ±7°F. The furnace is constructed of heavy-duty steel and has a chamber that measures 36" wide x 24" high x 36" deep. The swing out reversable door has a reinforced viewing window for easy visability of the heated area. The double shell insulation is rated to last 8 hours at 1,500°F. Heavy-duty gas burner lines are included for flame control and fuel source. The desktop controller has the capability of storing up to 10 programs, controlling both the temperature and process time. The oven also features a built-in cool down cycle to regulate temperatures and minimize issues from thermal shock. The chamber has an upper and lower air blast scheme to provide even forced convection throughout the heated chamber. OF-607 is Easy-Set temperature and process-time programmable for repeatable and reliable processes. A standard 3/4" flange port is provided for connection to an exhaust blower.
