BLUE M CC-13-C-P-B is an oven and furnace built with heavy cast iron housing and consists of a 4-inch thick mica insulation, with a continuous rated temperature of up to 1200°F. The furnace is mounted on four heavy duty metal angle brackets to assure stability, and there is an integral steel frame that helps protect and secure the mica fiber insulation. The maximum working temperature is between 900°F and 1050°F. CC-13-C-P-B is a single set point furnace, with safety controls and a heating element of 450W. It is equipped with over-temperature protection, adjustable over-temperature alarm and adjustable time shutdown alarm. The unit is also supplied with a built-in power voltage controller to reduce temperature cycling. The heating element is a four-wire resistance-based heater system covered with high temperature mineral insulated cable for consistent and reliable performance. This element is designed for use as an in-line heater, as it is not subjected to direct flame or heat. BLUE M CC-13-C-P-B has a continuous duty rating of 5.25 KVA and has a double wall design to provide extra protection and efficiency. It also has a safety switch to shut off the power supply should the temperature exceed 1200°F.
