DESPATCH CDF-7210 is an advanced convection oven provide reliable, repeatable performance for curing, drying and heat treating a variety of metal and plastic products. Offering a robust design and heavy-duty construction, it is ideal for a wide range of industrial applications. DESPATCH CDF 7210 is built on a heavy-gauge steel frame, with durable epoxy powder-coat paint to guard against corrosion and damage. It provides a safe, energy-efficient workspace with an interior chamber featuring insulated walls and 4 inches of ceramic fiber insulation. It also boasts a three-zone heat distribution system, four-way heat circulation, independent zone control and adjustable ceiling fans to ensure even temperature consistency throughout the chamber. This oven includes extra features such as a digital process controller with PID control capabilities, a stainless steel control panel lid and ventilation grill, and a profile timer with event control. The profile timer can store multiple curing profiles and offers a countdown timer to ensure correct temperature settings are reached at specific times. CDF-7210 also has an adjustable temperature range of 50°F to 600°F (10°C to 315°C), adjustable setpoint resolution in 1° increments, and adjustable high-temperature alarm and start delay functions. The oven is integrated with advanced safety features such as over-temperature shutdown, overtemperature alarm and overtemperature cutback functions. It also has an interior work light for improved visibility, as well as an emergency stop button for immediate power shut down if necessary.
