This oven / furnace can handle temperatures up to 1650°C (3002°F) and is designed with a rugged construction to provide years of trouble free service. This oven features a user-friendly control system which allows easy set up and operation while providing significant onboard safety features. LCC1-16-3 oven is designed to provide excellent uniformity and accuracy with a single-zone design which maintains temperatures with +/- 6°C (11°F) uniformity. The control system is capable of monitoring temperature up to 18 separate points. This oven makes it easy to set and recall valid operating temperature curves. The furnace chamber is made from fiberglass-coated ceramic fiberboard and is rated for a maximum temperature of 1650°C (3002°F). The chamber is insulated using a combination of standard ceramic fiber board with an additional layer of high-temperature rated fiberglass insulation for additional thermal protection. The chamber is also provided with a longitudinal seam for easy and safe access of this oven. Additionally, an adjustable air cooling jacket protects the exterior and ensures user safety. This oven is equipped with heavy-duty combination lifting racks that are adjustable and allow for up to 2 feet of space between 4 stacked racks and an adjustable shelf height range of 12" to 24".
