The furnace / oven is equipped with an NEMA 6 rated, motorized, dual-speed forced air-circulation equipment. This system provides exceptional heat distribution which prevents cold spots or uneven heating within the chamber. This helps ensure the heating process is both speedy and efficient. The heating unit is comprised of two independent temperature channels, each equipped with its own heating elements. The integrated Side BaclKRadiant Burner machine makes use of vertical explosions, resulting in enhanced energy efficiency and improved temperature uniformity. The temperature range can also be divided into two zones to allow for different temperatures in different sections of the chamber. TCH-550 also features a comprehensive set of controls including a programmable digital controller, safety device, thermocouple, and safety relay. These controls allow for an even more precise control over temperature and airflow so you can conveniently accommodate the needs of your application.
