This oven / furnace consists of an inner stainless chamber with side-heated walls, 3 tray type drawers, an internal fan equipment and two fire chambers composed by 2 vertical chambers and 4 horizontal ones, suitable for both heat-drying and baking. The inner chamber features four electrical heating elements located in two side walls and on the bottom of the chamber. The two side-heated walls heat up independent of each other and at the same time provide excellent temperature uniformity among the cavities. The electrical heating elements use advanced coiled mica strip heating elements, enabling them to provide uniform and quick heating. The external casing of the oven / furnace is made out of galvanized iron sheet, with a powder-coated finish for added durability.
