This oven/furnace is ideal for annealing, hardening, tempering, and normalizing of metals, plastics, and elastomers. This oven/furnace has a stainless steel working chamber and is available in three-zone configurations ranging from 800 liters (21.5 cubic feet) up to 2200 liters (63 cubic feet). To ensure accurate temperature control, BLUE M BF51314C oven/furnace is equipped with individual air shutters for each zone, allowing temperatures to precisely be set and maintained. Each zone can range from ambient to 1000°C (1832°F) temperature and offer precision and repeatability of ±2°C. To ensure uniform heating and cooling within the entire chamber, five powerful forced-air fans are incorporated into the design. An integral thermocouple control system, stand-alone control panel, and timer are included for precise monitoring and full control of the oven/furnace's internal environment.
