LINDBERG / BLUE M GO1390A / GO1390GPAPP3A is an oven / furnace designed specifically for heating and drying applications. The oven is ideal for pre- and post-curing of composite materials, as well as for hot-air aging tests, finding use in many industries such as automotive, aerospace, and medical device manufacturing. The oven / furnace is constructed from a heavy-duty steel and aluminum alloy, providing hardness and durability that resists warping and other damage due to high temperatures. It has a single chamber designed to retain and evenly distribute heat throughout the interior. To facilitate this, the oven / furnace is equipped with two high-flow axial fans and a motorized hood which can be opened in three stages to allow air to flow into the oven chamber. These features ensure that temperature uniformity is consistently maintained in the chamber. The exterior of the oven / furnace is finished in champagne metallic finish to reduce the external temperature and prevent burns. Other safety features include a safety switch which prevents the oven from being accidentally left on and cool-to-the-touch side covers. BLUE M oven / furnace features precise digital and programmable temperature control. The oven can maintain temperatures from ambient +5°C up to a maximum temperature of 1390°C (2514°F). The output is displayed and monitored via a PID digital controller with adjustable ramp and soak controls. It can also be programmed with up to 8 segments with any desired ramp rates and dwell times. An automatic over-temperature safety control system is also included for optimal safety. The oven / furnace is powered by single phase power supply, with a maximum power consumption of 24 kW at 25°C ambient temperature, and a 2.5 kW heater with a maximum current rating of 25 amps. In addition, the oven / furnace features a stainless steel interior chamber that is corrosion-resistant and equipped with removable mesh shelves and removable door seals. This facilitates easy cleaning, maintenance, and installation of accessories.
