The Model 1440SA-1 from BLUE M product line is a top-loading horizontal-door quartz tube oven / furnace that uses a stainless steel retort for enhanced performance and uniform heat distribution. This product is designed to meet the requirements for high-temperature applications such as thermal processing of metals, ceramics, polymers, and composites. It is a versatile, room-temperature digital control system, with a wide range of temperature settings. This oven / furnace has a maximum temperature of 1440°C (2600°F) and a resolution of ±1°C (1.8°F). It couples a low-mass ceramic heating element and an Energy Star-rated Class A oven coil, both of which are triple-insulated. Dense brick insulation provides excellent heat retention and uniform temperature of the ultimate goal. Through the use of a precision 7-speed blower fan, considerable temperatures can be achieved in a short time. The 1400SA-1 is equipped with an array of safety features, such as a safety switch that automatically shuts off the power when the temperature exceeds its preset limits. An accurate digital temperature controller with easy-to-read control panel is included that can store up to 10 user-set temperature profiles. In addition, a variety of accessories and spare parts are available if needed and can be easily installed. The oven / furnace also includes an ultra-step timer system, a power failure indicator, lights for interior-viewing, and a programmable logic controller (PLC).
