TPS DC-206-E-MP550 is a 6 kW oven, which is capable of reaching high temperatures quickly and repeatedly with a maximum temperature of 1400°C (2550°F). The furnace chamber is made of two layers of alumina fiber board and 0.6" (15 mm) of ceramic fiber insulation, providing excellent thermal insulation and helping to conserve energy. THERMAL PRODUCT SOLUTIONS DC-206-E-MP550 has four-zone heating. Controlled by independent PID controllers, each zone is powered by a 2 kW type K resistance heater. These elements are mounted directly in the chamber of the oven to provide a uniform heat distribution to the parts inside the chamber. The 4-zone operation helps to reduce energy loss and waste heat, allowing for shorter cycle times and precise heating. DC-206-E-MP550 has a fast opening/closing door that utilizes a robust pin design and a manual pull-and-release mechanism. The oven is fitted with an emergency pull-and-release bar allowing the door to be opened quickly in case of an emergency. The door is insulated by two layers of fiberboard and 0.6" (15 mm) of ceramic fiber insulation. This helps to keep the heat in the chamber and protect the operators from the heat while they are working. This furnace is designed with a digital control system and incorporates a PID controller per zone and a temperature programmer for each zone, allowing for different temperatures and longer heating zones. The controller also has data log, PC software and Ethernet interface capability.
