THERMO FISHER SCIENTIFIC / LINDBERG / BLUE M 203F is an electric-powered convection hot-air oven used for a wide range of heating and drying processes in industrial, educational, and laboratory settings. The oven is made up of a steel inner chamber which is heavily insulated, resulting in greater energy efficiency and temperature precision. This inner chamber is mounted over a secondary steel outer case. BLUE M 203F is controlled by digital thermostatic controls with a digital temperature setpoint readout and a digital timer, complete with an alarm and an over-temperature shutdown protection system. It is capable of heating up to 450°F (232°C) and is equipped with an Air-Flow System that maintains an even distribution and circulation of hot air. LINDBERG 203F has a volume capacity of 2.7 cubic feet (77 l) and is suitable for workloads up to 250 lbs (113 kg). Its 19" x 19" opening allows for easy loading and unloading of workloads. The interior of the oven features adjustable shelves to accommodate varied sizes and shapes of products, and its large viewing window enables operators to monitor baked product. The oven is equipped with two 3" (76 mm) ports for adding accessories such as thermocouples, probes, and air recirculating fans. It is also fitted with a tubular heating element with an adjustable air flow damper, a high capacity blower motor, and a safety switch to prevent undesired operation. 203F has an attractive, corrosion-resistant hardcoat paint finish and utilizes a recessed, heavy-duty double-hinged door for ease of access. It also features a door, chamber, and trim gasket which ensures the chamber remains tight, even during rigorous cycles. THERMO FISHER SCIENTIFIC 203F is ideal for production runs of moderately large-volume parts baking and drying of chemical solutions, and sterilization to a specific temperature. It is UL, CSA, and CE listed, and it meets all applicable standards as mandated by the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA).
