VITRONICS SOLTEC XPM2 is an oven/furnace specifically made for printed circuit board assemblies, component level placements and reflow soldering. In addition, the oven/furnace provides zone control to ensure uniform heating and cooling in the various stages of the wave soldering process. It is endowed with a cascade PID control system with the ability to generate temperature profiling and store customized process files. In addition, the unique product management software technology helps to track and automate the production processes.
