YAMATO SCIENTIFIC DPS-40 is an electric muffle furnace designed for heat treatment in a variety of applications. DPS-40 is a high performance electric muffle furnace, configured with a heating chamber enclosed by a durable alumina heating chamber sheath. Its size, R-20 insulation and components provide efficient heating and excellent temperature uniformity. The main switch is of a triple pole construction with the N.O. Contacts not powered. With the manual over temperature cut off switch, the system can be operated safely. This furnace has a furnace type terminal, step-up transformer, buzzer warning, circuit breaker, chrome plated steel rack, specially designed large-sized ceramic fiber and a vacuum formed heater blower. The outer case of the furnace is designed to be dustproof and moisture-proof and consists of stainless steel and powdercoated steel plate.
