To ensure a clean and safe work environment, the oven's air exhaust machine is equipped with a catalytic combustion tool to minimize or eliminate hazardous fumes. YES 5 is designed with safety as a high priority, and features several passive and active mechanisms to prevent accidents or injury. Its digital control asset ensures that only pre-set parameters can be selected to prevent over-temperature or atypical process conditions.
