LINTEC RAD 2500 M/8 is an automated automated high-speed packaging equipment that quickly and accurately wraps different product configurations in film or bags. The product feeder features adjustable speed and controlled operation to evenly deliver the product to the film-welder. The film-welder is used to join two edges of the film together and is equipped with several sensors to detect product position, shape and size. It also has an adjustable tension control to avoid wrinkles. The film cutters are located on both sides of the web, providing a perfect cut with each cycle. The tension control is adjustable to correct the position of the film while welding. The encoder is used to accurately control the timing of the machine to ensure a consistent speed and uniform product packaging. The sealer seals the packages and ensures proper packaging of the product. The feeder for the wrapped product moves the package to the packing station or palletizer for the next destination. The tool is completed with LINTEC safety interlock asset that stops the machine if any part of the model is out of gear.
