It comes with a patented maintenance-free jet carrier to accommodate a wide variety of components or package types. The tool offers several nozzle configurations to meet the needs of various applications including custom tools and masks. The nozzle is designed for single-point soldering and it is kept clean by a recirculating flux bath. ELECTROVERT Aquajet also offers a selective soldering option, which has adjustable parameters for preheat, solder, flux and vapor phase temperatures, as well as both static and dynamic side wall options. The selective option allows the simultaneous soldering of multiple leads, enabling greater productivity on handed components and multiple board assemblies.
