MIRAE / QUAD MPS-1030P is a PC board assembly and manufacturing equipment designed for medium-to-high volume production of printed circuit boards. QUAD MPS-1030P is a four-ups electromagnetic-fed component placement unit which is capable of handling components ranging from 01005 to large connectors and discrete type components. The flexibility of four-ups enables greater production efficiency and higher yields. It is also capable of handling components with high center line variation, which helps reduce pick and place times during the assembly cycle. Other features of this machine include programmable board pushers and programmable board supports to accommodate a variety of board sizes and a component carrier tool to ensure that component feeders are always loaded and available for production. MIRAE MPS-1030P has a built-in vision asset that can detect the position of components and can reject assemblies if a component is missing or incorrectly placed. The vision model is also integrated with the machine's automatic component handling equipment, which can sequentially pick components from multiple feeders and place them on the board with high accuracy and precise placement.
