The machine can be programmed using PHILIPS ALP (Advanced Line Programming) software, allowing for quick and easy set-up and operation. It also has integrated tracing and data logging abilities which allow operators to monitor and track the status of each board during and after the manufacturing process. Emerald tool boasts fast production speeds, typically up to 12000 CPH (Components Per Hour). It also has the ability to expand production speeds up to a maximum of 30000 CPH.
