The pick-and-place machine is equipped with high-precision twin-head nozzles and three-axis positioning technology for precise placement of components on the board. It has a maximum component capacity of 8700 components per hour, with a component range from 0201's to 80x50mm components. The interchangeable nozzles enable it to accept a variety of components, including QFP, BGA and CSP packages.
