Various Line is a PC board assembly and manufacturing equipment that provides efficient, cost-effective solutions for medium-scale production. It is designed to create and customize high-quality printed circuit boards using an automated process. It features advanced technology components such as SMT, THT and solder paste inspection to maximize quality while reducing production costs. The system can accommodate all types of components, including SMD and THD, as well as Various levels of complexity. In the SMT process, components are placed on a multi-axis robot that accurately places components on the board. This eliminates errors often seen in manual placement. After the components are placed, the boards move through a reflow oven which applies heat and melts the solder paste, creating a strong, reliable connection between components and pads. During reflow, all components are inspected for missing parts, shorts, and incorrect polarity. After the components have been placed and soldered on the board, it goes through a wave soldering machine. This machine applies a controlled wave of molten solder, creating solid electrical connections between components and leads. Upon completion, the board is submerged in a flux-removing bath. Any leftover flux residue is removed to provide a clean board. Following wave soldering, cleaning and testing, a finished assembly is produced. Line also offers flex and PCB manufacturing capabilities. It is equipped with laser cutters to accurately cut and score high-precision Flex circuits as well as conventional printed circuit boards. This ensures a tight-tolerance and repeatable result with minimal rework. The unit also has the capability to program and test automatic optical inspection systems which provide fast and reliable inspection of PCBs and flex circuits. Finally, Various Line provides a comprehensive and reliable supply chain and logistics machine. All components are tracked and recorded in real-time, so that the status of raw materials can be monitored each step of the way.
