These include a flexible database and inspection system, and a pro-active route editor that helps ensure that each board is correctly assembled. The Automatic Pick and Place Unit (APL) helps to ensure that components that weren't correctly placed or have missing parts are easily detected and removed during inspection. 5K Spectro also supports a range of top-level SMT and wave soldering processes, allowing for safe and reliable product delivery. Maximum production is also maximized through its high speed Defect Analysis Machine (DAS) and heated oscillating platform.
