It has a component placement accuracy of +/- 30μm for both pick and place operations, allowing for precise placement of components onto the board. The unit's power supply has a range of 50 to 400VAC, which makes it suitable for a variety of SMT processes, including vapor phase reflow, stencil-printed wave soldering, and robotic tray soldering. The machine is equipped with dual vibratory component feeders and dual placement heads to guarantee high speed production and maximum throughput. The feeders can accommodate multiple component types and shapes, including 0201 chip capacitors, 0402 chip resistors, and 0603 surface mount components. Additionally, the pneumatic adhesive dispensing machine allows for fast and accurate dispensing of a variety of names, such as epoxies, silicones, and form-in-place gaskets.
