ZEVATECH / JUKI 760 is a PC board assembly and manufacturing equipment designed with advanced features and technologies to increase accuracy and efficiency in the production of printed circuit boards. Other features of this system include standard software matching technology to calculate overshoot and mismatch of components, built-in auto calibration for CCDs and laser height correction devices that can be used for presetting and post correction purposes. Also included is an extended clean step function that reduce the number of total passes through the cleaning process and a flux management option to minimize the amount of flux residue on printed circuit boards.
