This system is comprised of several key components, including a PC Board Assembly and Manufacturing Unit, a Component Pick and Place Unit, a Component Feeder Unit, a Board Transport Unit, and a Test Unit. The PC Board Assembly and Manufacturing Unit is designed to quickly assemble multi-layer printed circuit boards (PCBs) with the aid of a powerful vision unit that can accurately recognize and place components on a PCB.
